Rule to learn to abide
Affirmation Statement: I want to leave the world a better place for my family and friends and others.
- Forget and forgive wrongs inflicted on you by others
- Have a silent moment at least once weekly, if not more frequent, to meditate
- Be comfortable with being yourself, and let go of your fear of being alone
- Take a deep breathe, and exhale slowly at stressful moments
- Don’t look up at those richer than you, or don’t down at others who are less fortunate, don’t be judgemental of yourself or of others
- Life is short, so don’t take things for granted, be grateful of what you have
